Welcome to an inspirational Digital Health Day!

Benify, together with its partners, is pleased to welcome you to Digital Health Day – a full day packed with activities designed to help you become both physically and mentally strong.  

You can jump in and out between sessions and lectures as needed, so that you can balance work with working out! 

It doesn’t matter where you are in your health journey; whether you’re a beginner or a professional - this day is for you. 

 Best yet, you are already registered for the event via your employer and it’s absolutely free to attend! 

Psst...if you miss any part of the event or wish to see a certain part again, all the lectures and workout sessions will be available on demand for two weeks after the event.

09.00 The first step towards achieving mental and physical strength starts here! 

We’re kicking off Digital Health Day! Get ready for an eventful day with both challenging and rewarding activities, and, of course, lots of fantastic talks. 


09.05 – 09.35 Mindfully - How can I become mentally strong? 
Together with Mindfully, you will be guided through an interactive session where you will learn how you can become mentally stronger. So, what does it mean to be mentally strong? What kind of mental skills can be trained and how do you do it? During this session, you will not only learn about the latest research in meditation, but also practice what is known as ‘micro meditations’, giving you access to tools right way. Together, we will explore how we can improve our wellbeing and make wiser decisions through meditation.  


09.35 – 10.05 SATS - Full Body Transformation 

Roll up your sleeves and join SATS for an intensive full body workout. This workout combines cardio training with strength exercises to help you build endurance so you can workout harder and longer. Of course, you can always modify the exercises to your own fitness level! 


10.05 – 10.15 PAUSE 


10.15 – 10.45 Lifesum: Feel better with new eating habits   

This webinar from Lifesum will focus on the importance of a balanced diet. Discover the impacts that our food choices and lifestyle have on our wellbeing, how to incorporate new eating habits and stick to them.  


10.45 – 11.15 Nordic Wellness: The best exercise is the one that actually happens 

Linus will guide you through this session, which focuses on your upper/lower body and core. This session is perfect when you’re pressed for time and need to quickly get your energy back to continue with the rest of your day. During the session, you will lightly increase your heartrate and feel that “burn” in your legs, arms and abdominals. The session is easy to adapt to your own fitness abilities, so it doesn’t matter what level you’re at. Let’s do this together! 


11.15 - 11.30 PAUSE 

11.30 - 12.00 Framgångsakademin: Become a padel master 
In this session* hosted by paddle guru and former tennis professional Jonas Björkman, you will learn everything you need to know about becoming a padel master. Whether you’re a beginner or have been playing for a long time, this is the session for you! 

Learn how to deliver the perfect serve and smash, and how to develop a good group dynamic with your partner. In other words, learn everything you need to defeat your opponents, all in one session!

12.00 – 13.00 LUNCH  


13.00 - 13.35 Framgångsakademin: Sixteen paths to a sustainable life  
For most of us, work plays an important role in our lives. Not only does it help us pay for food and rent, but our work can also give us meaning and a sense of purpose. Work, however, is only a part of life and finding the right balance between our work and private lives is the key to sustainability, stability and strength. We all need work, we all need play. We all need meaningful relationships, tasks that challenge us, as well as time to relax and unwind. 

In this lecture*, you will get tools to help you become not only a more sustainable employee, but a more sustainable person in general. Together with Framgångsakademin, Christina Stielli will teach you techniques to help you create balance throughout all areas of life, including within yourself, so that you can achieve a greater sense of emotional well-being. You will also receive tips and tools on how you can manage adversity so that it becomes an enjoyable little challenge.

13.45 – 14.15  Effective whole body training for maximum heart rate
A sweaty workout for the whole body that alternates high heart rate with strength exercises that challenge the body's large muscle groups.


14.15 – 14.45 Runacademy: Want to take your running to the next level? 

If you answered yes, you won’t want to miss this interactive talk with Runacademy! Johanna from Runacademy will help you develop your running technique, contributing to more efficient performance. This will also help you minimise the risk of potential injuries, not to mention help you become a faster, more graceful runner. 


14.45–15.00 PAUSE 


15.00-15.30 Les Mills: Tough workouts suitable for everyone  

Here’s your chance to participate in a full-on BODYATTACK together with Les Mills! This session is a high-energy, sports-inspired class suitable for everyone. We’ll combine athletic movements such as running, lunging, and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. Of course, you can adjust the intensity to your own levels. No equipment is needed for this session, just clear some space, grab a towel and join in! 


15.30- 15.55 Yogobe: A calm moment for the body and soul 

Round off the day with gentle movements to help you unwind and calm the mind. We will start in a standing position and end with laying down. There’s no need to change into workout clothes, and, of course, you can always adjust the movements to match your flexibility.

Julia is a primary- and middle school teacher and works as a dietician and personal trainer. Movement motivates her and gives her strength. The drive has always been to help and support, to help people feel good, live a long life and laugh a lot.


Framgångsakademin – Christina Stielli

Christina is a writer and organisational developer, with a strong passion for behavioural science. She began her speaking career in schools and, in recent years, has become a well-known name in sustainable, personal development, including podcasts and on TV4 Nyhetsmorgon, where she participates in topics related to sustainability. She has also written two novels, three teen novels and three non-fiction books and is, in various waysalways current and relevant in the media. 


Framgångsakademin – Jonas Björkman

Jonas is a former tennis professional, playing at an elite level for 18 years. During his successful career, he won the Davis Cup three times, took home nine Grand Slam titles and was ranked fourth best in the world in singles. After hanging up the tennis rackethe quickly picked up a padel racket following a trip to Portugal in the early 2000s. Today, he competes at an elite level in Sweden and abroad, and he has been named Sweden’s national captain in padel.

Fanny Åhlund is a Trainer and Presenter for Les Mills Nordic in BODYATTACK®, Les Mills SPRINT®, Les Mills Core®, Les Mills TONE™ and BORN TO MOVE®. 


Lifesum - Signe Svanfeldt

Signe has a Bachelor’s degree in Food Service and Nutrition at Uppsala University, where she continued her studies at the Master’s programme Social Science - Food Science & Nutrition. For the last three years, Signe has been working as a nutritionist at the health app Lifesum, where the goal is to help people towards a healthier life through better eating. Signe has a wide knowledge around food, health & nutrition and has a passion for helping people towards healthier habits. 

Axel - Mindfully

Mindfully - Axel Wennhall

Axel Wennhall is co-founder and meditation teacher in the Swedish meditation app Mindfully and he’s the author of the book Meditation – ett inre äventyr. Axel has facilitated mindfulness courses at H&M, Fazer, Academedia and Boston Consulting Group. He also arranges meditation- and adventure retreats and is the host of the podcast Meditera Mera. His passion is to help others to live a more present, healthy and compassionate life.  


Nordic wellness - Linus Högberg

In the work as PT-Coordinator for Nordic Wellness Linus is taking care of the trainers and develop the PT-business. Over the years as a Personal Trainer, he has been helping members of Nordic Wellness to exercise safely and challenging.  From September 2013, When Linus started his PT career, he has executed more then 7 600 hours together with members Before this Linus wad studying training, nutrition and coaching at the University of Gothenburg.

Runacademy - Johanna Bäcklund

Johanna Bäcklund is one of Sweden's best runners, holding Swedish Championship half-marathon and marathon medals. With her marathon time of 2.35.10, she qualified for women’s marathon in the 2019 World Athletics Championship held in Doha, Qatar. Johanna is a trained physical education and health teacher and has 6 years of experience working as a teacher within the field. She’s been a Runacademy employee since the spring of 2015, working as a Project and Team Manager.

Johanna Alvin is a sports educator, yoga teacher and trainer as well as production manager at YogobeJohanna has worked with yoga and workout since 2006 and sees movement and physical activity as a path to well-being – both physically, mentally and spiritually.
