Julia is a primary- and middle school teacher and works as a dietician and personal trainer. Movement motivates her and gives her strength. The drive has always been to help and support, to help people feel good, live a long life and laugh a lot.
Christina is a writer and organisational developer, with a strong passion for behavioural science. She began her speaking career in schools and, in recent years, has become a well-known name in sustainable, personal development, including podcasts and on TV4 Nyhetsmorgon, where she participates in topics related to sustainability. She has also written two novels, three teen novels and three non-fiction books and is, in various ways, always current and relevant in the media.
Jonas is a former tennis professional, playing at an elite level for 18 years. During his successful career, he won the Davis Cup three times, took home nine Grand Slam titles and was ranked fourth best in the world in singles. After hanging up the tennis racket, he quickly picked up a padel racket following a trip to Portugal in the early 2000s. Today, he competes at an elite level in Sweden and abroad, and he has been named Sweden’s national captain in padel.
Fanny Åhlund is a Trainer and Presenter for Les Mills Nordic in BODYATTACK®, Les Mills SPRINT®, Les Mills Core®, Les Mills TONE™ and BORN TO MOVE®.
Signe has a Bachelor’s degree in Food Service and Nutrition at Uppsala University, where she continued her studies at the Master’s programme Social Science - Food Science & Nutrition. For the last three years, Signe has been working as a nutritionist at the health app Lifesum, where the goal is to help people towards a healthier life through better eating. Signe has a wide knowledge around food, health & nutrition and has a passion for helping people towards healthier habits.
Axel Wennhall is co-founder and meditation teacher in the Swedish meditation app Mindfully and he’s the author of the book Meditation – ett inre äventyr. Axel has facilitated mindfulness courses at H&M, Fazer, Academedia and Boston Consulting Group. He also arranges meditation- and adventure retreats and is the host of the podcast Meditera Mera. His passion is to help others to live a more present, healthy and compassionate life.
In the work as PT-Coordinator for Nordic Wellness Linus is taking care of the trainers and develop the PT-business. Over the years as a Personal Trainer, he has been helping members of Nordic Wellness to exercise safely and challenging. From September 2013, When Linus started his PT career, he has executed more then 7 600 hours together with members Before this Linus wad studying training, nutrition and coaching at the University of Gothenburg.
Johanna Bäcklund is one of Sweden's best runners, holding Swedish Championship half-marathon and marathon medals. With her marathon time of 2.35.10, she qualified for women’s marathon in the 2019 World Athletics Championship held in Doha, Qatar. Johanna is a trained physical education and health teacher and has 6 years of experience working as a teacher within the field. She’s been a Runacademy employee since the spring of 2015, working as a Project and Team Manager.
