Jon will walk us through the key elements of the directive seen from the employer's perspective and how to get there. What is the magnitude of the Directive?  

Jon will also present some of the practical implications of the directive, and how it will dramatically shift the power balance between applicants and employers and the employee /employer relationship. He will also touch upon the new employee rights and the Union’s rights to advocate on behalf of their members.
